SAIL Super Flexible Latex Abrasive Sheet

SAIL DA275 Super Flexible Latex Abrasive Sheet is a 230 x 280 mm sheet made for rosewood and hardwood furniture sanding. Its defining specification is flexible latex paper: a backing chosen for high tear strength, water resistance and oil resistance in wet or dry use.

The product sits in the P120-P600 range and is supplied in red and blue. Packing is 100 sheets per pack and 1,000 sheets per carton.

Latex paper for hardwood work

Rosewood and hardwood furniture often involves edges, carved details and finish-sensitive surfaces. The DA275 flexible latex-paper backing offers tear strength and resistance to water and oil for this type of work.

That makes this product different from a basic dry paper sheet. It is still a sheet, but it is intended for more demanding furniture sanding where the backing has to survive bending and contact with residue from the work surface.

Wet or dry sanding

The application list includes wet or dry sanding. Wet use is useful when the operator wants to control dust or work with a washed surface; dry use remains practical for furniture preparation and hand sanding. The same P120-P600 range can be stocked for both working styles.

Grit range for finish preparation

• P120-P180 - first sanding passes on hardwood furniture where a visible correction is needed.
• P240-P320 - intermediate smoothing before finer finish work.
• P400-P600 - fine finish sanding where the surface needs a shallower scratch.

The range is suitable for furniture sanding sequences, not heavy metal grinding.

Sheet size, colors and packing

Each sheet is 230 x 280 mm, the standard full-sheet format. Red and blue color options are listed, which can help a distributor separate grits, batches or customer preferences if needed.

Packing is clear for volume buying: 100 sheets per pack, 1,000 sheets per carton. For furniture factories, that carton structure makes regular replenishment easier to plan.
