Applications

The Gangying Blue Tear-Off Abrasive Cloth Roll is made for work where a fixed sheet is less convenient than a strip taken from a roll. Each roll is divided into tear-off segments, so the operator can pull one piece for hand sanding, profile work or wall surface polishing without cutting tools.

The backing is soft cloth, and the product is positioned around two segment formats: 80 mm x 100 mm and 80 mm x 115 mm. It covers P60-P600, with other standard grits made to order.

Why a tear-off cloth roll

Roll format changes the workflow. A furniture shop or wall-finishing crew can keep the roll at the bench, tear off a segment, and use only the size needed for the immediate job. That reduces the need to cut full sheets into smaller pieces before work starts.

The soft cloth backing is important because the product is often used by hand. It can wrap around profiles, mouldings and edge details without creasing or curling back on itself. For buyers serving woodworking trades, that is the practical reason to choose this roll instead of a standard paper sheet.

Segment sizes and hand use

Two segment sizes are listed:

  • 80 mm x 100 mm - compact 4 in segment for hand sanding of profiles and smaller contact areas.
  • 80 mm x 115 mm - wider segment when the operator wants more coverage on furniture parts or wall surfaces.

Both formats are still small enough for hand control. The user can fold a segment for a firmer edge, wrap it around a shaped part, or use it flat for short polishing strokes.

Grit choice from P60-P600

The grit range starts coarser than many dry paper sheets and runs into fine preparation:

  • P60-P100 - stronger cut for shaping, old surface cleanup and the first sanding pass.
  • P120-P240 - general furniture and woodworking preparation.
  • P320-P600 - finer polishing on woodwork or wall surfaces.

Other standard grits can be made to order when the buyer needs a narrower local assortment.

Application fit

This roll is not just a long sheet in different packaging. It is useful where operators repeatedly need small pieces:

  • Furniture and woodworking - hand sanding of flat parts, edges and carved profiles.
  • Wall surface polishing - tear off a segment for localized repair or finishing.
  • Hand sanding of profiles - the soft cloth backing follows curves better than stiff paper.

Packaging and quotation

Packing is listed as one roll. The reference price shown above is per roll. For a quote, send the grit range, preferred segment size and order quantity; include whether the end use is furniture, wall polishing or profile hand sanding.
