Xili Abrasive Cloth Sheet

Xili Abrasive Cloth Sheet is a red cloth-backed abrasive sheet for metal grinding, rust and paint removal, and general workshop polishing. It uses brown aluminum oxide on cloth backing in a 210 x 270 mm sheet, packed 100 sheets per pack.

The grade range is broad: No. 4 through No. 0/4, approximately P24-P240. That gives the product a stronger coarse end than many ordinary hand sheets while still offering finer grades for cleanup and polishing preparation.

Why Xili cloth is a workshop sheet

This is the abrasive to choose when paper is too fragile for the job. Metal parts, old paint and rusted surfaces often require folding, twisting or pull-through sanding. Cloth backing gives the sheet the toughness needed for that handling and helps it survive rougher workshop use.

The product is not positioned as a fine wet/dry paper or a furniture lacquer sheet. It belongs in the emery-cloth category: red cloth-backed sheets for grinding and removal.

Grade range from No. 4 to No. 0/4

The traditional grade system matters for buyers who still order cloth abrasives by number:

• No. 4 - the coarse end, approximately P24, for aggressive grinding and removal.
• Middle grades - for derusting, paint removal and general metal cleanup.
• No. 0/4 - the finer end, approximately P240, for polishing preparation after stronger cutting stages.

Other standard grades can be made to order, so the buyer can build a local assortment around the grade names customers already know.

210 x 270 mm format

The 210 x 270 mm sheet is compact enough for hand work and large enough for broad contact on metal surfaces. It can be used full size, folded to make a firmer edge, or torn down for smaller parts. Packed 100 sheets per pack, it is easy to count and restock.

The red color also helps distinguish it from Xili yellow wood sandpaper and Xili waterproof abrasive paper.

That separation is useful in a distributor catalogue because the three Xili sheet lines serve different work: cloth for rough workshop removal, waterproof paper for wet/dry fine work, and yellow quartz paper for wood and putty.
